Our Rates
Prices are per week based on the number of people and the apartment chosen. We invite you to use our request form to obtain a customized quote without obligation. A supplement may be applied for shorter stays.
Affiliated beach
Choose the convenience of using our affiliated establishments. BEACH + WATERSLIDE FORMULA: includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds + waterslide at a cost of €15.00 per day. (at Bagno Elio e Roby) ONLY BEACH FORMULA: includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds at a cost of € 12.50 per day. (at the international bathroom)
The rate includes
Rent of the selected apartment, final cleaning, internal car parking (subject to availability), air conditioning, heating, water, electricity, gas. Use of bicycles (subject to availability), use of washing machine and ironing room. Bed linen once a week, change of bathroom and kitchen linen 3 times a week.
The rate does NOT include
City tax. € 2,00 per Person/Day, max 5 Days ( from 14 Years) On request: daily cleaning: €30.00 per person per week. Ps: no cleaning is done on Saturdays. Affiliated beach. Water slide.
Discounts and Reductions
Long term 5% discount from the 2nd week; 10% discount from the 3rd week;
Supplements
Cradle € 30.00 per week; Extra change of bed linen € 10.00 for double bed, Extra change of bed linen € 7.00 for single bed, Extra change of bathroom and kitchen linen € 7.00. Only small pets € 35.00 per week. Breakfast at the bar: moderate list prices (coffee, milk, cappuccino, fruit juices, baked pastries, brioches, yoghurt...)
Check-in/ Check Out
Check-in: from 16.00. The apartments are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. In low season and upon request, according to the possibilities we can anticipate this time. Check-out by 10:00. the apartments must be vacated no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.
City Tax
The tourist tax is always excluded from our rates and must necessarily be paid before departure. The cost (at the time of writing) is € 2.00 per adult per day for a maximum of 5 consecutive days. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from paying the tax.

Deposit and deposit reservations
Deposit: 30% on the entire amount Deposit: € 100 per apartment/period The client who accepts the estimate sent by the structure must send acceptance in writing in good time for its management. Subsequently, he receives a written confirmation which describes all the costs of the stay and the methods of payment (Deposit/Balance). Reservations are binding only upon written confirmation from the management and the relative confirmatory deposit where required. Any other form of confirmation will not be considered valid.
Payments
Residence Amalfi accepts various types of payment: Confirmation deposit: - Bank transfer - Credit card (including American Express) In the hotel: - Credit cards (including America Express) - Bancomat - Cash (according to current regulations) Credit card as guarantee: A credit card may be requested to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation/Early Departure/No show
We always try to meet every need, so please read our cancellation clauses carefully. – For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. After this deadline, no refund will be possible. – For early departures or late arrivals, the cost of accommodation will be charged for a maximum of 3 nights. – In case of no show the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
